After querying the health record of the patient, a list of documents should have been obtained in the form of a FHIR bundle. Once you isolated a specific document and updated his id in the proper collection variable, you can retrieve the document itself by selecting "Retrieve Binary" in the Documentation API folder and hit "Send".
The response should contain the document itself in a CDA format. (see CDA)
